The following basics will be important in placing your order:

  • Close-up photo(s) (solid background, good light, 3’ distance) to be emailed

  • Job role or title for employees or retirees, hobbies, personal interests

  • Name of individual or award (if desired)

  • Size/format (see options on Employee Recognition and/or Retirements pages)

  • Prior to receiving finished product, a proof will be emailed for approval

Shipping & Payment Options

Your final product may be in print or digital format. Printed items will be mailed through USPS; framed products can be sent through either FedEx or UPS. Charges will be dependent on size/weight and distance, according to each shipping agent’s standards. Best options will be determined when your order is placed.

When you place your order, we will generate an invoice and email it to you. Payment is typically due on receipt. For larger projects, we may require half down to start with the balance due at final proof.
